The Inbound System That Eliminates Manual Follow-Up Forever
I've been on a ton of websites lately. Poking around. Seeing what small businesses are doing to capture leads.
Most of them have got call buttons with CTAs of "Book Now" or "Call Today." Or simple contact forms that aren’t linked to a follow up system (i’ve been using them).
My take is that works for 2% of people who are ready right now. The other 98% disappear.
I'm building something different. A lead magnet system that captures everyone in the middle. The people who are curious but not convinced yet.
The reason I’ leaning toward this as it’s hard to sell “automation” in general. Too broad. Even though it is broad. It can be applied across most facets of the business, you can’t really sell that.
I started with the resume’ product I built, trying to get a food in the door using that. Don’t think that painpoint is enough. Email results haven’t been great.

Admittedly, I have to make more calls. The easiest thing for people to do is ignore you and calls makes that hard. Posting on social and email hasn’t been the combo yet. Also I have ads on my mind but that’s after the calls.
I need to snap myself out of perfecting before outreach. I’ve always been that way, now it’s time to break it.
Anyway, back to the automated lead magnet service.
Let me walk you through exactly what this looks like.
Words matter more than you think
You own a company that's doing pretty well and you're thinking about selling it. You're scrolling Facebook and see an ad that says "First Business Brokers, Sell your business with us!"
It registers. But are you clicking? Maybe. Maybe not.
Now imagine an ad next to it that says "The $2M Question: Can You Sell Your Business Today?" or "Why Most Businesses Sell for 30% Less Than They Should."
Which one are you clicking?
Same thing on a website. You’re there and scrolling around most likely just trying to figure out what these guys do. What gets more clicks? A "Book a Call" button? Or "Is Your Business Ready to Be Sold?" with "90 second questionnaire, instant results, no cost" right below it?
The customer is investigating. They're more likely to dip a toe in and get a result than commit to a call with a stranger.

Here’s my website. in that red box used to be just “book a call”.
That's the power of a good lead magnet. It meets them where they are.
Inbound is better, but it's still work
Everyone knows you need leads. Two ways to get them: inbound or outbound.
Obviously inbound is preferred. Less effort. You're not spending time chasing, calling, emailing, DMing.
But even though inbound is easier than outbound, you still need to do the work. You still need to get them to come to you. Then organize, follow up, nurture, track, convert.
I'm focused on making inbound easier. Not just the follow-up and nurture, but increasing the conversion on inbound itself. How many people actually give up their contact information? How many move to the next step in the funnel (whether that's a call, meeting, or purchase)?
The more information you get upfront, the more specific your message can be. The higher your chance of converting the lead.
After getting them, you need to segment, follow up, and convert them. That normally takes manual effort and attention.
That’s what I plan to eliminate to make it easier. All that will be needed out of the human is the closing call.
So how am I doing this?
What you get (and how I prove it works first)
This isn't just a quiz builder. It's an entire automated lead generation system.
Here's how I envision the process:
First, I build your lead magnet using automation. Gumloop pulls relevant content from your website, your competitors, and your industry. The AI analyzes everything and builds a database of questions specifically tailored to your business. Smart questions that feel personal because they're based on what you actually do, what your competitors are doing, and what your industry cares about.
Second, I show you exactly how it works. Quiz, calculator, assessment, whatever fits your business. I record a video walking through the entire process so you can see it in action before it goes live.
Third, I create ad creatives and test them. We run A/B tests on Facebook and Instagram with real money and real data. No guessing.
Speaking of A/B test. Just generated these real quick. Which would be better for a lead magnet selling lead magnet automation services.

Fourth, I show you the results. Click-through rates, cost per lead, conversion rates. All of it. If it's working, we scale it. If it's not, we fix it.
Then you decide if you want to buy the system.
Here's what you get when you say yes:
Custom lead magnet built around your business (quiz, calculator, assessment, whatever fits)
Smart questions pulled from your actual business using automation that studies your website, competitors, and industry
Scoring system so leads self-qualify before they ever talk to you
Email collection plus follow-up sequence (automated nurture that doesn't sound like a robot wrote it)
Organized database that tracks every lead's score and interactions
Client report button that sends you a report on all qualified leads instantly
Ad creatives designed to convert that lead straight to the magnet
First week of ad spend on us (for first 5 customers)
You only pay per qualified lead.
If it doesn't work, you pay nothing. If it does, you get a system that runs without you.
How it actually works (making it visual)
Let me walk through a real example.
Say you're a local HVAC company. I pull content from your website about the services you offer, the problems you solve, and the customers you've helped. I analyze your competitors to see what questions they're asking (and what they're missing).
Then I build a "Home Comfort Quiz." Five questions about their current system, biggest frustrations, what they want to fix. Takes 90 seconds. Also, the quiz questions are neatly organized on a database that you can simply adjust at any point and it’ll adjust the front end of the lead magnet website.
At the end, they get a personalized score and a custom recommendation. They enter their email to see the full breakdown. Now they're in your system, and it’s done automatically.

Side bar: here’s mine. See the top section. The phrases in bold are the leads words, not mind. A personal touch and custom recommendations. This is actual useful information. Since we are provided value, we will sprinkle in some CTA buttons as the lead is more likely to book a call after learning from actual value we provided.
Automation sends them three emails over five days. Educational, not salesy. The email they receive is determined by the information they gave you. By email three, they're booking a consultation or asking for a quote. (Again, these are stored in a database you can easily access and change, they’re not hardcoded into the automation)
You're not chasing cold leads anymore. You're talking to people who already told you exactly what they need.
After this, you don't just have their contact information. You have all their answers and you know exactly how to qualify them for your email or call.
This works in ads, your website, newsletters, social channels. Whatever. It's where your CTA should be pointed. You can even use it in outbound emails if you'd rather go that route.
Why this works better than what you're doing now
A lead magnet captures everyone in the middle. The people who are curious but not convinced yet. It gives them value first, builds trust, and moves them toward a sale without you doing anything.
The data you collect (quiz answers, email engagement, all of it) tells you exactly how to sell to them when they're ready.
The more information you get upfront, the more specific your message can be. The higher your chance of converting the lead.
And the most important part of this is it’s all automated. Once they take the quiz everything is organized and handled without you’re intervention. Nurture, qualification, segmentation, follow up.
The real offer (making it clear)
Limited spots because I'm building each system custom.
At the start the first customers will only pay per qualified lead. That's it.
I run the first week of ads for free to prove it works. If the leads come in, you keep the system. If they don't, you walk away and pay nothing.
No upfront cost. No monthly retainer (to start). Just results.
